I understand the limitations regarding safety and staffing issues. I fully realize the current state of our world. This is definitely not my favorite, but I've always had a good experience. I have been here (to the spa) before, as well as all of the other spas in AC hotels. My friend and I came here for the day to visit the spa. My last service was at 5pm (ended right before 6). She absolutely did not clean or sanitize that locker and it made me wonder what else they were NOT actually cleaning. I then watched her proceed to put a clean robe and bottle of water in it, and hang a little sign that says something like 'this locker has been cleaned and sanitized'. I happened to go back to my locker to get something and I heard a staffer say to a departing guest 'which locker were you using because I need to clean it'. The spa staff were not at all friendly or helpful. Seemed like an accident waiting to happen.

The spa appeared to be clean, although I was surprised at the lack of care to the very wet floors. However, for the hundreds of dollars I spent at the spa, I expect much more. I give MUCH leeway regarding these things, and am thankful for the opportunity to do things like this again.
